LJET-101 is a kind of digital and full automatic passing-through eddy-current testing system with high resolutionat at top-level, used for detecting ferromagnetism, austenitic steel and non-ferrous metal rods, bars and tubing, of which mainly covers for some dot flaws and annular defects. It has characteristic of strong universal and wide range of applications.
The operation platform is based on Windows operating system, which can be conveniently networked. Parameters can be adjusted easily and the settings can be stored in hard disk or online. During testing, the test results will be stored in database. It owns remote diagnose online, help on-line and password protection.
The detection range covers rods, tubes, rods of sizes φ2~φ130mm, eddy current detecting flaws bore diameters is to the National Standard. It is can be used combination with rotary testing probe in order to expand the detection coverage range that covers all defects such as vertical, horizontal and through-hole ones.
