儀器簡介
Bioneer 運用分子生物學產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的豐富經(jīng)驗，結合的科技成果，研制出的五通道Exicycler™實時定量PCR儀。該產(chǎn)品在2004年被韓國產(chǎn)業(yè)資源部評為同類*質量產(chǎn)品之一。儀器由熱循環(huán)反應器和Bioneer*的實時熒光信號檢測模塊組成，利用熒光共振能量轉移原理，可以檢測兩種分子間的相互作用。具有高靈敏度、高準確性和系統(tǒng)實時整合等特性，該機器性能穩(wěn)定，帶梯度功能，試劑開放。擁有CE體外診斷認證，KFDA 醫(yī)療器械注冊證。
