一、CD-3408型全自動(dòng)開口閃點(diǎn)儀(中英文說明)概述
全自動(dòng)開口閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀，是根據(jù)中華人民共和國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 3536《石油產(chǎn)品閃點(diǎn)和燃點(diǎn)測(cè)定法（克利夫蘭開口杯法）》所規(guī)定的要求設(shè)計(jì)制造的，適用于按該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的方法，測(cè)定除燃料油和開口閃點(diǎn)低于79℃的石油產(chǎn)品克利蘭夫開口杯法閃點(diǎn)。
本儀器采用單片機(jī)控制技術(shù)，彩色液晶顯示屏，全中文人機(jī)對(duì)話界面，無標(biāo)識(shí)鍵盤；對(duì)可預(yù)值閃點(diǎn)溫度、試樣標(biāo)號(hào)、大氣壓強(qiáng)、試驗(yàn)日期等參數(shù)，具有菜單提示，導(dǎo)向式輸入功能；應(yīng)用開放式、模糊控制集成軟件、模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等技術(shù)。本儀器設(shè)計(jì)*，人機(jī)對(duì)話界面親切，操作使用方便，試驗(yàn)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確，是理想的同類進(jìn)口儀器的替代產(chǎn)品，可廣泛應(yīng)用于鐵路、航空、電力、石油行業(yè)及大專院校、科研院所、計(jì)量檢測(cè)部門等單位作石油產(chǎn)品閃點(diǎn)和燃點(diǎn)的檢測(cè)和試驗(yàn)。

三、儀器特點(diǎn)
1、本儀器采用彩色液晶大屏幕顯示，全中文人機(jī)對(duì)話界面，無標(biāo)識(shí)鍵盤，對(duì)可預(yù)值溫度、試樣標(biāo)號(hào)、大氣壓強(qiáng)、試驗(yàn)日期等參數(shù)，具有提示菜單、導(dǎo)向式輸入功能。
2、模擬跟蹤顯示溫升與試驗(yàn)時(shí)間的函數(shù)曲線，具有中文誤操作軟件提示修改功能，配有試驗(yàn)日期、試驗(yàn)時(shí)間等參數(shù)提示功能。
3、自動(dòng)校正大氣壓強(qiáng)對(duì)試驗(yàn)的影響并計(jì)算修正值。
4、微分檢測(cè)，系統(tǒng)偏差自動(dòng)修正。
5、劃掃、檢測(cè)、打印數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)完成，試驗(yàn)臂自動(dòng)升起和落下。

四、工作原理
本儀器在中華人民共和國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 3536規(guī)定的條件下，把試樣裝入試驗(yàn)杯，對(duì)裝有試驗(yàn)油的試驗(yàn)杯加熱，產(chǎn)生的石油蒸氣與周圍空氣形成的混合氣體在火焰接觸發(fā)生閃火時(shí)的zui低溫度，作為該試樣的閃點(diǎn)。 
繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)，直到用試驗(yàn)火焰使試樣點(diǎn)燃并至少燃燒5秒鐘的zui低溫度，作為該試樣的燃點(diǎn)。
本儀器由單片計(jì)算機(jī)及外圍電路組成信號(hào)采集、處理、計(jì)算、輸出、控制等系統(tǒng)。工作時(shí)，根據(jù)傳感器所采集的溫度變化情況由CPU發(fā)出指令，控制加熱器，使試樣溫度按一定速率上升；掃描周期、點(diǎn)火時(shí)間、微分檢測(cè)等均實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制。
當(dāng)閃點(diǎn)被測(cè)出時(shí)，計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)停止數(shù)據(jù)采集，顯示閃點(diǎn)溫度并打印記錄結(jié)果；若需繼續(xù)測(cè)試燃點(diǎn)，則儀器繼續(xù)加熱，當(dāng)燃點(diǎn)被測(cè)出并燃燒5秒后，蓋板自動(dòng)關(guān)閉火焰，大臂自動(dòng)抬起，實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束。

I. Summary

The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard of People’s Republic of ASTM/ D92,China GB/T3536 “Test Methods for Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products （Cleveland Open Cup Methods）”. It is suitable to determine the Cleveland open cup flash point of petroleum products, excepting fuel oils and petroleum products having open cup flash point lower than 79 ℃.

The instrument adopts SCM controlling technologies, colored LCD screen, man machine conversation interface, and blank buttons. The expected flash point, sample serial number, barometric pressure and test date can be preset. It has menu prompt and input guide function. It uses open, fuzzy control software, and modularization structure. It is advanced, friendly, convenient, and accurate, so it is the best choice of similar instruments. It has been widely used for petroleum products flash point and fire point test in the field of railway, aviation, power, petroleum, scientific research institutes, measurement and inspection department, and college and universities.

III. Instrument characteristics

1. The instrument adopts colored LCD screen, man machine conversation interface, and blank buttons. It can preset parameters, such as temperature, sample serial number, barometric pressure, and test date, etc. It has prompt menu and input guide functions.

2. It can show temperature-time curve. It has prompt function for operation error, and prompt function for test date and test time.

3. It can correct the effect of barometric pressure to the test and calculate the modified value.

4. It is with differential detection function. It can correct the system deviation automatically.

5. Flame application, flash point detection, and test data printing can be completed automatically. The test arm can be raised up and lowered down automatically.

6. It is with electron igniter and it has forcible wind cooling function （Note: The manual flame application button is at the left side of the instrument）.

IV. Working principle

Fill sample in the oil cup, and then heat the oil cup at the condition stipulated in the National Standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T3536. The flash point is expressed as the lowest temperature, when the gas mixture of oil sample vapor and the air around contacts flame and appears flash.

Continue to test, and take the lowest temperature when the sample is on fire and burns for at least 5 s as the fire point of the oil sample.

The instrument adopts SCM and outer circuit to form signal collection, processing, calculation, output, and control system. The CPU will send an order to control the heater as per the temperature change collected by the sensor so that the sample temperature can rise at a constant rate. The flame application, flame application interval, and flash detection can be automatically controlled.

When the flash point is detected, the instrument will stop collecting data. Then it will show flash point temperature and print out test data. If you need to determine the fire point, please continue heating the sample. When there is fire appears and the sample is burning for 5 s, the fire will be extinguished by the fire extinguishing plate. Then the arm will be raised up and the test is over.
