傳統(tǒng)動(dòng)物心電圖測(cè)量分析采用體表方式,雖操作簡(jiǎn)單,但是存在測(cè)量位置影響大、測(cè)量精度不高等局限性,而心外膜表面電極測(cè)量心電圖操作極為復(fù)雜且創(chuàng)傷性大,實(shí)驗(yàn)中較少采用。為解決這一難題,Scisence 提供微創(chuàng)的多電極電生理導(dǎo)管,設(shè)計(jì)使研究者能夠?qū)ι镫娫谡麄€(gè)心臟的擴(kuò)散過(guò)程進(jìn)行更為深入的測(cè)量和分析。
電生理導(dǎo)管系統(tǒng)由八電極電生理導(dǎo)管、電極分配盒及第三方生物電放大器及刺激器組成。
工作原理:八電極電生理導(dǎo)管上的每對(duì)電極均獨(dú)立受控于電極分配盒,電極分配盒通過(guò) 2mm 針式連接線與第三方生物電放大器或刺激器相連,通過(guò)采集對(duì)應(yīng)的電極對(duì)引導(dǎo)的電信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)。八電極電生理導(dǎo)管可用于心臟起搏,電信號(hào)記錄,進(jìn)而用于心臟電生理的各方面研究。

心臟電生理導(dǎo)管需要插入大鼠、小鼠等動(dòng)物的心臟內(nèi)部,測(cè)量和紀(jì)錄心房及心室的電生理信號(hào):傳導(dǎo)時(shí)間、不應(yīng)期、希氏束電位、竇房結(jié)和房室結(jié)功能、心律失常的誘導(dǎo)。
