轉(zhuǎn)速計(jì)，又名轉(zhuǎn)速表、轉(zhuǎn)速儀，是機(jī)械行業(yè)的儀器之一，用來測(cè)定電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速、線速度或頻率。常用于電機(jī)、電扇、造紙、塑料、化纖、紡織、汽車、飛機(jī)、輪船等制造業(yè)。 大多常用的為手持離心式轉(zhuǎn)速計(jì)。美國Checkline旗下的轉(zhuǎn)速計(jì)一般為數(shù)字式，有接觸式和非接觸式兩種測(cè)量。非接觸式采用光電器件測(cè)量，無連接軸，對(duì)被測(cè)件無任何影響，提高測(cè)量精度。
例如Checkline DT-105A/DT-107A型是一款手持接觸式轉(zhuǎn)速計(jì)，自帶周長為12英寸的主輪，使得表面速度測(cè)量更加安全簡單。

Accurately measure rotational and surface speed, as well as length. Built-in selector switch permits the user to display readings in a wide variety of engineering units. The Check-Line DT-105/7A-12 includes a 12" circumference measuring wheel which is offered for safer and easier surface speed measurement by keeping the users hａnd farther from the moving surface and slowing down the rotational speed.
