Based on Windows XP, the operation platform is networked conveniently and adjusted easily the parameters; the settings can be stored in hard disk and called freely. LJET - 101 is the unique complete full-automatic passing-through eddy-current detector at home, which adopted with imported large-scale IC and combined with the most advanced eddy-current detecting technology, photoelectric induction technology and microcomputer control technology, equipped mechanical transmission device designed exquisiy to form whole electromechanical integration system. The operating software based on the WINDOWS XP makes the apparatus more concise and inligent to be used. This instrument, of which the performance is stable and reliable after long-term production examination on site, owns characteristics of high automation and fast detection speed etc., used specially for detecting metal pipe, bar and wire whatever on-line or off-line.
LJET - 101 is adopted real-time eddy-current impedance plane and dynamic time-based scanning display and real-time show 2D graphics for eddy current signal for detected object and dynamic time-based curve in different windows on same screen. It is easier and more reliable to be operated with large screen and multimode alarm technology.
LJET - 101 is a general instrument to detect metal components on-line or off-line and before service or in service for automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, metallurgical and machinery industries, and can be quickly detect various defects such as crack, stitch, porosity, impurity and openings crack, etc. on various surface of metal tubes, bars and wires .
LJET - 101 can detect different metal tubings, bars and wires as the test frequency range of 1KHZ ~ 100 KHZ, establish standard detecting database in instrument for the user to call during changing different specification.
It can be adapted with some coil sensors and other structural sensor with coupling clearance in low standard (optional coil sensor at customer's request), and optional some instruments such as measuring system, magnetic saturation device, inkjet device and probe bracket on-line so as to realize eddy current detecting automatically for metal tube on-line.

1、Characteristics
The instrument adopted with external industrial computer and special detection package based on WINDOWS XP platform has same functions as computer in addition to additional detection function.
Detection software is mature system, and owns function of signal tracking display dynamically and real-time to position defects radially and longitudinally, and make out type of the defects signal and longitudinal position of the detected materials, accordingly settle down the difficult to distinguish type and location of defect to avoid the difficulty to distinguish the type and position of defect. The database with detected results can display detailed dataon defect such as location, size, quantity and parameter of the defects, etc. and analyse detected results. The humanity operation interface has the function of diagnose fault automatically and can point out the information of fault.
Unique resolution system for defect signal:
The 360 ° omni-directional detecting for defects signal without sector-shaped alarm to avoid residual defects.
The 3 display modes for same defect signal: V, Y, and X/Y, which visual displays phase and size of the defect.Windowed image displays various phases for alarmed defects to l the type of defect visually and make statistics.
To suppress interfering signals effectively such as vibration etc.
Band-pass filter traces production speed real-time to make the signal real-time and accurate.
The unique technology designed with quick digital electronic dynamic balance automatically to suppress effectively interfering signal in dead zone of the ends and settle down problems absoluy with oversize vibration signal and zero drift that other manufacturer cannot to avoid false defect signal and improve rate acceptability.
User management and statistical management of Perpetual Calendar ensure authenticity and being traced freely of the test results. Color man-machine dialogue interface makes parameter adjustment, save and calling easily. And convenient and shortcut printing function is applicable for text, graphics, parameters and statistics of detected result, etc.
