帶DOP液槽式過濾器和DOP過濾器或者液槽式過濾器其實都是屬于無隔板過濾器中的一樣，采用超細玻璃纖維為過濾介質，間隔線為進口熱溶膠，密封膠為聚氨脂，外框為表面經過陽極處理的鋁型材；雙面附菱形鋼板網。厚度有90、110、120等規(guī)格。
帶DOP液槽式過濾器產品特點：
1.液槽式無隔板過濾器外形美觀、密封性能好、安裝方便、重量輕、厚度薄、過濾效率高。
2.產品具有過濾面積大、使用壽命長、阻力低等特點。
3.法蘭內注液槽密封膠，此膠為不干膠，通常與刀架配合使用。
適用場所：廣泛使用于要求較高的潔凈間、大面積垂直層流、百級層流罩及HEPA過濾器的安裝等。
DOP液槽式過濾器所用的液槽密封膠是非牛頓液體，該膠具有不揮發(fā)、不爬油、無毒無味等特點，常溫下具有良好的穩(wěn)定性。
液槽密封是優(yōu)于國內目前常用的機械壓緊裝置密封的一種方法。
液槽密封過濾器安裝方便，密封十分可靠，是上普遍采用的過濾器密封方法。
優(yōu)點：密封性高，補漏性好。
