VICKERS比例閥一般采用兩端承壓面積不等的差徑活塞結構。工作原理如圖12-9所示,比例閥不工作時,差徑活塞2在彈簧3的作用下處于上極限位置。此時閥門1保持開啟,因而在輸入控制壓力P1與輸出壓力P2從零同步增長的初始階段,總是P1=P2。但是壓力P1的作用面積為A1=π(D2-d2)/4,壓力閥的作用面積為A2=πd2/4,因而A2>A1,故活塞上方液壓作用力大于活塞下方液壓作用力。在P1、P2同步增長過程中當活塞上、下兩端液壓作用之差超過彈簧3的預緊力時,活塞便開始下移。當P1和P2增長到一定值Ps時活塞2內腔中的閥座與閥門1接觸,進油腔與出油腔即為隔絕。此即比例閥的平衡狀態(tài)。

分解:首先將美國威格士vickers比例閥夾在臺鉗上,用扳手擰下閥蓋8,并拆下密封圈。然后取出襯套2、柱塞1、密封圈3、彈簧座4、彈簧5、彈簧座6和密封圈7,其分解如圖12-13所示。
2.檢修:檢查閥體的表面和柱塞的外表面是否光潔、無銹蝕,相互配合的零件之間是否有過大間隙。如發(fā)現(xiàn)有較輕的缺陷,可用適當?shù)姆椒ㄓ枰韵?;倘若缺陷難以消除,則應更換感載比例閥總成(因為閥體和柱塞不作為備件供應)。
每次維修時,對所有密封件,即使看上去完好無損,也應予以更換。而且在裝配之前,應以規(guī)定使用的制動液潤滑各零部件。要避免密封件與汽油或其它溶劑接觸。
三、美國威格士vickers比例閥的調整
為了確保感載比例閥能在必要時介入制動回路,需對扭桿進行調整。但應注意:液壓回路中有壓力時,不可對拉桿進行調整;檢查應在緩慢的升壓過程中進行;檢查感載比例閥時,制動系統(tǒng)的所有其它零件都應處于完好狀態(tài)。在對汽車進行改裝時,若更換了鋼板彈簧,則應同時更換說明牌,并對其上數(shù)據(jù)做相應的修正。
美國威格士vickers比例閥調整方法有兩種:
1.檢查行程
1)秤汽車后部的重量,使其空載;
2)起動發(fā)動機;
3)拆下感載比例閥防塵罩2便可以看到柱塞與扭桿的接觸部分;
4)將制動踏板踩到底,然后用厚薄規(guī)檢查柱塞與扭桿之間的間隙,其值應為0.1mm;
5)按照上述方法模擬滿載時感載比例閥的狀態(tài),然后按說明牌所給定位的數(shù)值測量扭桿的行程。
2.檢查輸入和輸出壓力
1)擰下檢測口的保護蓋,然后裝上壓力表,讓發(fā)動機怠速運轉,緩慢踏下制動踏板,直至感載比例閥前壓力表讀數(shù)為10MPa為止,保持此壓力值不變。
2)按表12-8所示的模擬負荷加載,使感載比例閥之后的壓力表讀數(shù)滿足表中要求。無論哪種方法,如果美國威格士vickers比例閥后壓力表的讀數(shù)與要求不符,則應調整拉桿,如圖12-12所示,其長度應符合要求。
調整結束后,還應檢查整車的制動狀況是否完好
