詳細(xì)介紹


瞬態(tài)平面熱源技術(shù)(TPS)是用于測(cè)量導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的一種新型的方法,由瑞典Chalmer理工大學(xué)的Silas Gustafsson教授在熱線法的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的。它測(cè)定材料熱物性的原理是基于無限大介質(zhì)中階躍加熱的圓盤形熱源產(chǎn)生的瞬態(tài)溫度響應(yīng)。利用熱阻性材料做成一個(gè)平面的探頭,同時(shí)作為熱源和溫度傳感器。合金的熱阻系數(shù)一溫度和電阻的關(guān)系呈線性關(guān)系,即通過了解電阻的變化可以知道熱量的損失,從而反映了樣品的導(dǎo)熱性能。該方法的探頭即是采用導(dǎo)電合金經(jīng)刻蝕處理后形成的連續(xù)雙螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)薄片,外層為雙層的絕緣保護(hù)層,厚度很薄,它令探頭具有一定的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度并保持與樣品之間的電絕緣性。在測(cè)試過程中,探頭被放置于樣品中間進(jìn)行測(cè)試。電流通過探頭時(shí),產(chǎn)生一定的溫度上升,產(chǎn)生的熱量同時(shí)向探頭兩側(cè)的樣品進(jìn)行擴(kuò)散,熱擴(kuò)散的速度依賴于材料的熱傳導(dǎo)特性。通過記錄溫度與探頭的響應(yīng)時(shí)間,由數(shù)學(xué)模型可以直接得到導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)。

3、不會(huì)和靜態(tài)法一樣受到接觸熱阻的影響;


4、無須特別的樣品制備,對(duì)樣品形狀并無特殊要求,塊狀固體只需相對(duì)平滑的樣品表面并且滿足長(zhǎng)寬至少為探頭直徑的兩倍即可;


5、對(duì)樣品實(shí)行無損檢測(cè),意味著樣品可以重復(fù)使用;


6、探頭采用雙螺旋線的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合專屬數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用核心算法對(duì)探頭上采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析


7、樣品臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)巧妙,操作方便,適合放置不同厚度的樣品,同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)潔美觀;


8、探頭上的數(shù)據(jù)采集使用了進(jìn)口的數(shù)據(jù)采集芯片,該芯片的高分辨率,能使測(cè)試結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確可靠;


9、主機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)使用了ARM 微處理器,運(yùn)算速度比傳統(tǒng)的微處理器快,提高了系統(tǒng)的分析處理能力, 計(jì)算結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確;


10、儀器可用于塊狀固體、膏狀固體、顆粒狀固體、膠體、液體、粉末、涂層、薄膜、保溫材料等熱物性參數(shù)的測(cè)定;
