描述
TRIzol® 試劑是即用型的苯酚和異硫氰酸胍的單相溶液，適用于從細(xì)胞和組織分離總 RNA。在樣品均質(zhì)化或裂解期間，TRIZOL® 試劑可保持 RNA 的完整性，同時(shí)破壞細(xì)胞并解離細(xì)胞組分
TRIzol® 試劑的主要特征：
? 設(shè)計(jì)用于組織或細(xì)胞
?用 1 ml 試劑從 100 mg 組織或 10^7 個(gè)細(xì)胞分離總 RNA
?促進(jìn)分子大小各異的各種 RNA 的分離
這種技術(shù)可以很好地作用于人、動(dòng)物、植物或細(xì)菌來(lái)源的少量組織 (50-100 mg) 和細(xì)胞 (5 × 10^6)，以及大量組織 (≥1 g) 和細(xì)胞 (>10^7)。 TRIZOL® 試劑方法操作簡(jiǎn)便，可以同時(shí)處理大量樣品。全部過(guò)程可以在一小時(shí)內(nèi)完成。 通過(guò) TRIZOL® 試劑分離的總 RNA 不含蛋白質(zhì)和 DNA 污染物。 可以用于 Northern Blot 分析、斑點(diǎn)雜交、多 (A)+ 篩選、體外翻譯、RNase 保護(hù)分析、RT-PCR 和分子克隆。 對(duì)于 RT-PCR，當(dāng)一個(gè)外顯子中存在兩個(gè)引物時(shí)，建議用擴(kuò)增級(jí) DNase I（商品目錄號(hào) 18068-015）處理分離的 RNA。
