GB/T12656-1990電容器紙工頻擊穿電壓測定機

一、用途

    本試驗機采用立式箱體結(jié)構(gòu)，極大的節(jié)省試驗室內(nèi)占地空間，地腳采用滑輪結(jié)構(gòu)，方便移動和擺放，避免同類廠家生產(chǎn)的臥式設備，安放時需要另配安裝臺的情況，占地空間大，移動不方便等缺點。

    滿足GB1408.1-2006《絕緣材料電氣強度試驗方法　第1部分；工頻下試驗》、GB/T1695-2005《硫化橡膠工頻擊穿電壓強度和耐電壓的測定方法》、GB/T 3333-1999《電纜紙工頻擊穿電壓試驗方法》、GB/T 12656-1990《電容器紙工頻擊穿電壓測定法》、GB/T1981及ASTM D149標準要求設計制造。

    主要適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣油、絕緣漆、紙板等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r間的測試；電壓擊穿試驗儀采用計算機控制，試驗過程中可在線觀察試驗曲線；自動存儲試驗條件及試驗結(jié)果等數(shù)據(jù)，并可存取、顯示、打印。

二、主要技術(shù)要求：

1、設備輸入電壓： 交流 50KV (普通試驗室電源均可兼容)

2、試驗電壓方式： 交流 0--50 KV ;

                  直流 0--50 KV

3、電器容量：10KVA

4、試驗方法：0-50KV全量程可調(diào)(采用高精度電壓采樣器件，取消了同類廠家由于電壓采樣精度不夠必須采用高壓分級的方式)

注：本產(chǎn)品采用的直流伺服電機加載減速機構(gòu)，保證了標準里面關(guān)于極慢速試驗和極快速試驗的要求，（一般為皮帶輪機構(gòu)，誤差較大）保證用戶可以自由選擇升壓速率，是目前同類產(chǎn)品中*滿足國標對于升壓速率要求的測試設備。

7、過電流保護裝置應有足夠靈敏度以保證試樣擊穿時在0.1S內(nèi)切斷電源。

8、漏電電流選擇：1—100 mA可由計算機軟件自由進行設定。

9、本儀器采用*無觸點原件勻速調(diào)壓方式，淘汰同類產(chǎn)品中機械傳動升壓方式。

10、支持短時間內(nèi)短路試驗要求。(其它同類產(chǎn)品無此功能)

11、一次試驗可以同時做5個試樣。(同類產(chǎn)品一次試驗只能做一個試樣)

四、試驗軟件：

1、本儀器在試驗過程中可對升壓擊穿過程繪制實時曲線，每次試驗的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構(gòu)成，試驗結(jié)束后可疊加對比材料的試驗數(shù)據(jù)重復性。

2、可以隨時調(diào)取當前及歷史試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行查看，編輯及修改參數(shù)。

3、試驗過程中可以隨時修改試驗條件及存儲路徑及自動存儲試驗結(jié)果。

4、試驗過程中，可隨時通過軟件決定本次試驗是否有效，方便篩選試驗結(jié)果。

5、可設置操作口令，做到專機專人操作，避免無關(guān)人員誤操作。

五、安全保護功能：

1、試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于270mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

2、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

3該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、過壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警，電磁放電等。

4、直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

八、注意事項：

1、儀器安裝時應具有獨立的接地線。

2、在開機前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。

3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。

4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間

5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。

6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。
