Each single channel filter module is designed as a plug-in unit for use with the 19’’ rackmountable cabinet, manufactured by Thomas RECORDING.
Local-Field-Potential
The Local-Field-Potential- (LFP) FilterMain Amplifier is a specially designed amplifier, which filters local field potential activity up to a frequency of about 250 Hz out of a broadband extracellular recording, from electrophysiological in vivo or in vitro experiments.
Each single channel filter module is designed as a plug-in unit for use with the 19’’ rackmountable cabinet, manufactured by Thomas RECORDING. Up to 8 single channel modules can be mounted in one 19-cabinet.
The LFP-Filter includes a low-noise differential amplifier with adjustable gain, a lowpass filter with internal switchable cut-off-frequency between 100 and 250 Hz, and a highpass filter with adjustable cut-off-frequency.
Both the lowpass and the highpass filter provide a Bessel filter characteristic.
