三、軟件功能
重疊分離處理（Overlp differentition function）
對重疊粘連的菌落進(jìn)行自動分離并計(jì)測。Overlpping colonies cn be utomticlly seprted for individul mesurement.
螺旋平板計(jì)測（Spirl mesurement function）
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配備螺旋平板計(jì)測軟件。 Spirl colony mesurement softwre is included s stndrd.
尺寸選?。?/spn>Selective counting function by size）
設(shè)置被測菌落的大小，排除擴(kuò)散菌落的計(jì)測。 Selectively counts colonies by size while excluding scttered colonies.
圓形度設(shè)定計(jì)測（限于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)測模式時(shí)的使用）
Selection cpbility bsed on the degree of circulrity（Stndrd mode only）
根據(jù)圓形度的設(shè)定，去除線性異物、痕跡。自動選擇并計(jì)測近似圓形狀的菌落。

Corrective function for unequl brightness(Stndrd mode only)
即使培養(yǎng)基厚度不均，也可補(bǔ)正亮度、亮斑，進(jìn)行高精度計(jì)測。
Unequl brightness cused by unequl thickness of culture medium cn be corrected to enble mesurement with high degree of ccurcy.
