Cell Biolabs總膽固醇檢測試劑盒測量血清、血漿、裂解物、或組織樣本。該測定基于酶驅動的反應，可量化膽固醇酯類和游離膽固醇。膽固醇酯通過膽固醇酯酶水解成膽固醇，然后被膽固醇氧化酶氧化成酮膽甾-4-烯-3-酮加氫過氧化物。然后用高度特異的比色探針檢測過氧化氫。辣根過氧化物酶催化探針與過氧化氫之間的反應，過氧化氫與辣根過氧化物酶結合1:1的比例。將樣品與96孔中已知濃度的膽固醇標準品進行比較微量滴定板格式。將樣品和標準品孵育45分鐘，然后用標準96孔比色板讀數(shù)器。

1. 膽固醇標準品（部件編號239001）：一支50 µL管，含10 mM乙醇溶液中的膽固醇。

3. 50倍比色探針（部件編號238401）：一支200 µL管，溶于DMSO中。

4. 辣根過氧化物酶（部件編號234402）：兩支100 µL管，含100 U/mL甘油溶液中的辣根過氧化物酶。
