Determination of bacteria in water 

Testing principle 

The principle of extinction dilution method was used in the determination of bacteria in water by test bottle method. The water sample to be determined will be injected into the test bottle step by step with sterile syringe for dilution, and each test bottle will dilute the number of bacteria in the water sample by 10 times. Until there is no bacterial growth in the last test bottle, then calculate the bacterial content in the water sample according to the dilution multiple. 

The liquid in srb-hx-14 and srb-hx-7 sulfate reducing bacteria test bottles turns black, with black precipitate or iron nail turns black, indicating the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria.

測試原理
用絕跡稀釋法原理，用試瓶法測定水中細菌。待測水樣用無菌注射器逐級注入試瓶稀釋，每一試瓶稀釋10倍。直到后一個測試瓶中沒有細菌生長，然后根據(jù)稀釋倍數(shù)計算水樣中的細菌含量。

srb-hx-14和srb-hx-7硫酸鹽還原菌試驗瓶內(nèi)液體變黑，有黑色沉淀物或鐵釘變黑，說明硫酸鹽還原菌生長。
