粗糙度儀可測量多種機加工零件的表面粗糙度，根據(jù)選定的測量條件計算出相應(yīng)的參數(shù)，在液晶顯示器上清晰地顯示出全部測量參數(shù)。測量工件表面粗糙度時，將傳感器放在工件被測面上，由儀器內(nèi)部的驅(qū)動機構(gòu)帶動傳感器沿被測表面做等速滑行，傳感器通過內(nèi)置的銳利觸針感受被測表面粗糙度，此時工件被測表面的粗糙度引起觸針產(chǎn)生位移，該位移使傳感器電感線圈的電感量發(fā)生變化，從而在相敏整流器的輸出端產(chǎn)生與

1.FEATURES
This instrument is compatible with four standards of
site to measure surface roughness of various
machinery-processed parts, calculate corresponding
and clearly display all measurement parameters.
When measuring the roughness of a surface, the
sensor is placed on the surfacethen uniformly
slides along the surface by driving the mechanism
by the sharp built-in probe. This roughness causes
displacement of the probe which results in change of
inductive amount of induction coils so as to generate
analogue signal, which is in proportion to the surface
roughness at output end of phase-sensitive rectifier.
The exclusive DSP processescalculatesthen
outputs the measurement results on LCD.
