鵝特定基因序列PCR檢測試劑盒實驗規(guī)則：

1、要保證移液槍的準確性，誤差不能超過2%?？捎盟碗娮犹炱竭M行確定。但有專業(yè)人員進行矯正。

2、要配備20ul、50ul、100ul、1000ul和排槍各一支。吸取不同的液體后，要更換槍頭。即使是吸取標準品時。

3、要在實驗前1小時將試劑盒從冰箱中取出，使各種試劑都恢復到室溫，以使結果更穩(wěn)定。

4、實驗時，要使底物避光保存。

5、用槍吸取液體時速度不能太快，以免產(chǎn)生氣泡而使吸取量不準確。

6、吸取液體時，要用量程和需要量接近的槍去吸，減少誤差。

7、將液體加到酶標孔中時，避免槍頭和孔內(nèi)液體接觸，可使槍頭上的液滴和孔壁接觸，液滴會自然流下去。

8、液體全部加完后，可將酶標板在桌子上平行輕輕晃動30秒，混勻液體。也可以用酶標儀的晃動功能。

9、應盡量做雙孔實驗，這樣才能保證數(shù)據(jù)的準確性。

10、對結果有疑問的樣品要用其它方法進行確證。
