本品采用卨度特異性的抗體抗原反應(yīng)及免疫色譜分析技術(shù), 通過(guò)單克隆抗體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)結(jié)合咖啡音偶聯(lián)物和尿液中可能含有的咖啡音的原理。試劑盒含有被亊先固定于膜上測(cè)試區(qū)(T)的咖啡音偶聯(lián)物和被膠體金標(biāo)記的抗咖啡音單克降抗體。測(cè)試時(shí),尿樣滴入試劑盒(S)孔內(nèi),尿樣隨之在毛細(xì)效應(yīng) 下向上層析。如咖啡音在尿樣中濃度低于6Ug/ml時(shí),膠體金抗體不能與咖啡音全部結(jié)合。這樣,膠體金抗體在層析過(guò)程中會(huì)被固定在膜上的咖啡音偶聯(lián)物結(jié)合,在測(cè)試區(qū)內(nèi)(T)會(huì)出現(xiàn)一條紫紅色條帶。如果咖啡音在尿樣中濃度高于6ug/ml時(shí),膠體金抗體與咖啡音全部結(jié)合,從而在測(cè)試區(qū)內(nèi)(T)因?yàn)楦?jìng)爭(zhēng)反應(yīng)不會(huì)與 咖啡音偶朕物結(jié)合而不出現(xiàn)紫紅色條帶。陰性尿樣在檢測(cè)過(guò)程中由于缺少抗體抗原競(jìng)爭(zhēng)反應(yīng),將會(huì)在測(cè)試區(qū)內(nèi)(T)出現(xiàn)紫紅色 條帶。無(wú)論咖啡音是否存在于尿樣中,一條紫紅色條帶都會(huì)出現(xiàn)在質(zhì)控區(qū)內(nèi)(C)。質(zhì)控區(qū)內(nèi)(C)所顯現(xiàn)的紫紅色條帶是判定是否有足夠尿樣,層析過(guò)程是否正常的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時(shí)也作為試劑的內(nèi)控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

陽(yáng)性(+):僅質(zhì)控區(qū)(C)出現(xiàn)一條紫紅色條帶,在測(cè)試區(qū) (T)內(nèi)無(wú)紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。陽(yáng)性結(jié)果表明:尿液中的咖啡音濃度在閾 值(6ug/ml)以上。
陰性(-):兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。一條位于測(cè)試區(qū)(T)內(nèi),另一 條位于質(zhì)控區(qū)內(nèi)(C)。陰性結(jié)果表明:尿液中的咖啡音濃度在閾 值(6ug/ml)以下,
無(wú)效:質(zhì)控區(qū)(C)未出現(xiàn)紫紅色條帶,表明不正確的操作過(guò)程或試劑盒已變質(zhì)損壞。在任何情況下,應(yīng)重新測(cè)試。如果問(wèn)題仍 然存在,應(yīng)立即停止使用此批號(hào)產(chǎn)品,并與當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)商。
注意:測(cè)試區(qū)(T)內(nèi)的紫紅色條帶可顯現(xiàn)出顏色深淺的現(xiàn)象。 但是,在規(guī)定的觀察時(shí)間內(nèi),不論該色帶顏色深淺,即使只有非 常弱的色帶也應(yīng)判定為陰性結(jié)果。

They say this shows "the worrying potential" that the gene has the ability to spread and mutate between bacterial populations.
The team has found evidence of the transfer of the mcr-1 gene from bacteria to bacteria, such as between E. coli, which causes infections of the urethra and other types, and Klebsiella pneumoniae, which causes pneumonia and other infections. This shows that "the development from multi-drug resistance to pan-drug resistance is inevitable."
