5q探針

    5q長(zhǎng)臂缺失是急性粒細(xì)胞白血病（AML）和骨髓異常增生綜合征（MDS）中zui為常見的重排；5q內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)缺失（5q31-q33）出現(xiàn)于10-15%的MDS患者中，而5號(hào)染色體異常約占與治療相關(guān)的MDS的40%以上。本探針可用于檢測(cè)MDS患者5號(hào)染色體及其長(zhǎng)臂（5q31-q33）是否發(fā)生缺失。-5/5q-的患者預(yù)后較好，可用于指導(dǎo)臨床進(jìn)行預(yù)后判斷和治療方案的選擇，如可采用促進(jìn)造血、誘導(dǎo)分化和生物反應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)劑等方式進(jìn)行治療。

本試劑盒主要用于白血病的5q的檢測(cè)，里面包括即用型雜交液和DAPI復(fù)染劑。
