電磁繼電器的工作原理和特性
電磁式繼電器一般由鐵芯、線圈、銜鐵、觸點(diǎn)簧片等組成的。只要在線圈兩端加上一定的電壓,線圈中就會流過一定的電流,從而產(chǎn)生電磁效應(yīng),銜鐵就會在電磁力吸引的作用下克服返回彈簧的拉力吸向鐵芯,從而帶動銜鐵的動觸點(diǎn)與靜觸點(diǎn)(常開觸點(diǎn))吸合。當(dāng)線圈斷電后,電磁的吸力也隨之消失,銜鐵就會在彈簧的反作用力返回原來的位置,使動觸點(diǎn)與原來的靜觸點(diǎn)(常閉觸點(diǎn))吸合。這樣吸合、釋放,從而達(dá)到了在電路中的導(dǎo)通、切斷的目的。對于繼電器的“常開、常閉”觸點(diǎn),可以這樣來區(qū)分:繼電器線圈未通電時(shí)處于斷開狀態(tài)的靜觸點(diǎn),稱為“常開觸點(diǎn)”;處于接通狀態(tài)的靜觸點(diǎn)稱為“常閉觸點(diǎn)”。

1、空氣阻尼式時(shí)間繼電器又稱為氣囊式時(shí)間繼電器,它是根據(jù)空氣壓縮產(chǎn)生的阻力來進(jìn)行延時(shí)的,其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,價(jià)格便宜,延時(shí)范圍大(0.4~180s),但延時(shí)精確度低。
2、電磁式時(shí)間繼電器延時(shí)時(shí)間短(0.3~1.6s),但它結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單,通常用在斷電延時(shí)場合和直流電路中。
3、電動式時(shí)間繼電器的原理與鐘表類似,它是由內(nèi)部電動機(jī)帶動減速齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動而獲得延時(shí)的。這種繼電器延時(shí)精度高,延時(shí)范圍寬(0.4~72h),但結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜,價(jià)格很貴。
4、晶體管式時(shí)間繼電器又稱為電子式時(shí)間繼電器,它是利用延時(shí)電路來進(jìn)行延時(shí)的。這種繼電器精度高,體積小。皮爾茲時(shí)間繼電器可分為通電延時(shí)型和斷電延時(shí)型兩種類型。

空氣阻尼型時(shí)間繼電器的延時(shí)范圍大(有0.4~60s和0.4~180s兩種),它結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,但準(zhǔn)確度較低。當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),銜鐵及托板被鐵心吸引而瞬時(shí)下移,使瞬時(shí)動作觸點(diǎn)接通或斷開。但是活塞桿和杠桿不能同時(shí)跟著銜鐵一起下落,因?yàn)榛钊麠U的上端連著氣室中的橡皮膜,當(dāng)活塞桿在釋放彈簧的作用下開始向下運(yùn)動時(shí),橡皮膜隨之向下凹,上面空氣室的空氣變得稀薄而使活塞桿受到阻尼作用而緩慢下降。經(jīng)過一定時(shí)間,活塞桿下降到一定位置,便通過杠桿推動延時(shí)觸點(diǎn)動作,使動斷觸點(diǎn)斷開,動合觸點(diǎn)閉合。從線圈通電到延時(shí)觸點(diǎn)完成動作,這段時(shí)間就是繼電器的延時(shí)時(shí)間。延時(shí)時(shí)間的長短可以用螺釘調(diào)節(jié)空氣室進(jìn)氣孔的大小來改變。吸引線圈斷電后,繼電器依靠恢復(fù)彈簧的作用而復(fù)原。空氣經(jīng)出氣孔被迅速排出。
時(shí)間繼電器:當(dāng)加上或除去輸入信號時(shí),輸出部分需延時(shí)或*到規(guī)定的時(shí)間才閉合或斷開其被控線路的繼電器。
皮爾茲繼電器分類:
a,電磁時(shí)間繼電器:當(dāng)線圈加上信號后,通過減緩電磁鐵的磁場變化而后的延時(shí)的時(shí)間繼電器。
b,電子時(shí)間繼電器:由分立元件組成的電子延時(shí)線路所構(gòu)成的時(shí)間繼電器,或由固體延時(shí)線路構(gòu)成的時(shí)間繼電器。
c,混合式時(shí)間繼電器:由電子或固體延時(shí)線路和電磁繼電器組合構(gòu)成的時(shí)間繼電器。
