熔斷切斷閥概述
BI-TORQ熱切斷閥安裝在易燃、介質(zhì)的儲罐或輸送管道上需要設(shè)置各種閥門，開控制罐體或管路的開閉狀態(tài)；由于這類的介質(zhì)具有較高的危險性，一旦出現(xiàn)火情，如不能及時切斷介質(zhì)的輸送，則有可能造成火情難以控制等情況。而如果在發(fā)現(xiàn)火情后通過人工操作的方式進行介質(zhì)輸送的切斷，一則無法及時的切斷介質(zhì)，可能會導致火情的擴大，二則在起火的情況下，人員可能無法接近閥門，無法進行操作，有可能導致嚴重后果。
易熔連接閥其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，設(shè)計巧妙，布局合理，它*的結(jié)構(gòu)可以實現(xiàn)在環(huán)境溫度達到特定范圍后，自動觸發(fā)一系列機構(gòu)動作，并依靠事先存儲的機械能作為動力源，實現(xiàn)閥門的關(guān)閉操作，進而實現(xiàn)在時間內(nèi)自動切斷介質(zhì)輸送的目的；將這種防火阻斷閥安裝到盛裝易燃易爆介質(zhì)的儲罐上，可以作為防火、阻燃的一道屏障，可以在短時間內(nèi)自動反應(yīng)，盡可能地減少可燃介質(zhì)的輸出，進而在出現(xiàn)意外時為控制火情做出貢獻。因此可以說它具備了多種優(yōu)點。
