XAD-4大孔吸附型樹(shù)脂;AB-8大孔樹(shù)脂 d3520吸附樹(shù)脂 d4006非極性樹(shù)脂 ABSTRACT:Abstract(#br)Novel sensors based on carbon paste assorted with amberlite XAD-4 resin and silver-doped titanium dioxide/amberlite XAD-4 resin (Ag-TiO 2 /XAD) were designed and employed for sensitive detection of flufenamic acid (FFA). The main objective of this study is to develop novel electrochemical sensors for more sensitive and selective detection of FFA and to propose its oxidation mechanism. In this perspective, we have developed modified electrodes using amberlite XAD-4 matrix and Ag-TiO 2 /XAD-4 mixture. These sensors when used in conjunction with different voltammetric techniques to observe enhanced outcome on FFA electrode reaction in PBS of pH 7.0. Our data confirmed exceptional stability, sensitivity, and quick responses for FFA. The effect of modifier, analyte concentration, pH of buffer solution, pre-concentration time, and sweep rates on electrochemical behavior of FFA was investigated. The current intensities were linearly proportional to the concentration of FFA. From the calibration plot of different concentrations of FFA, the detection limit of 3.6 nM at XAD-CPE and 1.2 nM, respectively at AgTiO 2 /XAD-CPE were obtained. The estimation of FFA in biological as well as clinical samples was achieved using the chemically modified electrodes利用樹(shù)脂法處理高濃度有機(jī)廢水的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用方面取得了較大的進(jìn)展,各種化學(xué)修飾的新型吸附樹(shù)脂的合成和應(yīng)用已成為目前的研究熱點(diǎn)。本研究將低交聯(lián)度的氯甲基化聚苯乙烯—二乙烯苯共聚物通過(guò)Friedel-Crafts和化學(xué)修飾反應(yīng),制備超高交聯(lián)吸附樹(shù)脂NDA-150、NDA-99和SYS。利用傅立葉紅外光譜儀、比表面積分析儀以及熱重分析儀等儀器對(duì)制備的NDA-150、NDA-99、SYS樹(shù)脂和市售吸附樹(shù)脂XAD-4進(jìn)行物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)表征。通過(guò)靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)吸附實(shí)驗(yàn),研究3-硝基-4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺在以上幾種吸附樹(shù)脂上的吸附和脫附行為采用NDA-150和XAD-4兩種樹(shù)脂作為吸附劑,以芳香族化合物(萘、苯胺)、表面活性劑(聚乙二醇-6000、直鏈?zhǔn)榛交撬徕c)作為研究對(duì)象。分別研究了在不同初始條件(初始投加量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、溫度)影響下單組份污染物在樹(shù)脂上的吸附行為,并以此為基礎(chǔ)研究了雙組份共存污染物的情況下芳香族化合物以及表面活性劑在樹(shù)脂上的吸附行為,探討了復(fù)合污染情況下的吸附規(guī)律及各污染物之間的互相影響。本文的研究結(jié)論如下:(1)NDA-150樹(shù)脂對(duì)PEG、萘及LAS的單組份吸附過(guò)程均可用Freundlich吸附等溫式很好的擬合,對(duì)苯胺的吸附過(guò)程可用Langmuir吸附等溫式很好的擬合。XAD-4樹(shù)脂對(duì)PEG、苯胺及LAS的吸附可用Langmuir吸附等溫式很好的擬合,對(duì)萘的吸附可用Freundlich吸附等溫式很好的擬合,而對(duì)萘的吸附兩種吸附等溫式均可以很好的擬合。(2)吸附熱力學(xué)及吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)研究表明,三種物質(zhì)在兩種樹(shù)脂上吸附為自發(fā)進(jìn)行的放熱過(guò)程,且吸附朝著有序的方向進(jìn)行。在NDA-150樹(shù)脂上的吸附速率比在XAD-4樹(shù)脂上的吸附速率慢采用大孔樹(shù)脂法分離純化宣木瓜皂苷。方法:通過(guò)比較6種大孔樹(shù)脂對(duì)宣木瓜皂苷的吸附量、解吸率,選出AB-8、D101和XAD-4三種樹(shù)脂研究吸附特性,確定純化宣木瓜皂苷效果好的大孔樹(shù)脂并優(yōu)化純化條件。操作條件:1.25mg/m L宣木瓜皂苷溶液上柱,流速3.0m L/min,上樣量45mg;55%乙醇洗脫,流速2.0m L/min。結(jié)果:XAD-4樹(shù)脂對(duì)宣木瓜皂苷的大吸附量為13.64mg/g,吸附時(shí)間為2.64h。經(jīng)XAD-4樹(shù)脂固定床純化僅一次后宣木瓜皂苷純度由10.01%提高到72.41%,回收率74.12%。XAD-4大孔吸附型樹(shù)脂;結(jié)論:XAD-4樹(shù)脂固定床適合用于宣木瓜皂苷的分離純化,吸附率和解吸率較高,再生性能好。 ?
