MCGS高精度低溫槽控制器LKTC-H系列智能溫度控制儀表是高性能、高精度的溫度控制模塊，具有如下優(yōu)點：

①采用多年來自研PID智能模糊控溫，控溫準(zhǔn)確，穩(wěn)定時間短，溫度漂浮小。自適應(yīng)PID，一鍵自整定。

②加熱24A或41A可控硅輸出，繼電器保護，制冷30A繼電器；可集成濕度，壓力等4路輸入和4路輸出（可自定義報警，固態(tài)，風(fēng)機，門鎖，循環(huán)，攪拌等功能）。

③PT100/K電偶雙輸入，自動切換；超溫報警（范圍可設(shè)置)，傳感器脫落報警保護。

④99程序段，多點溫度校準(zhǔn)。

⑤2路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)RS485等通用接口（液晶/觸摸屏顯示可任意切換，無需換主板），可配置MODBUS RTU 通訊協(xié)議，一臺主機控制多套設(shè)備，ROM數(shù)據(jù)下載，數(shù)據(jù)自采集。可接上位機軟件，實時控制或者查看分析設(shè)備歷史實時數(shù)據(jù)和曲線。

②Heat：24A or 41A SCR output with 30A relay protection, Cool: 30A SSR.  optional pressure &humidity 4-channel input , scalable 4-channel relay for fan,circulation,stir，alarm or door lock needs.

③PT100&K TC input, auto switching. Probe self-detection,detachment  protection, overtemp.alarm protection(overtemp. range can be set)

④99 program segments, temp. multi-point slope calibration.

⑤ 2 standard RS485 ModBus RTU protocols(both LCD and touch sreen display are compatible, no need to change control panel ),ROM data download, data auto collection, allowing one host to control multiple sets of motor kits, can connect to upper computer software to control or view actual-time&historical data and curves.
