3D單分子熒光成像系統(tǒng)-SAFe 360簡介：

SAFe 360是法國abbelight公司推出的款基于單分子定位的顯微成像（SMLM）的新型3D單分子成像系統(tǒng)，它*的DAISY技術(shù)整合了散光技術(shù)和超臨界角光技術(shù)，能夠很大的提高定位精度，xyz三軸定位精度高達15nm，可以提供高清晰三維亞細胞結(jié)構(gòu)圖像，支持同時多四色成像，可以用于細胞納米三維成像，觀測高清晰亞細胞器結(jié)構(gòu)，實時研究不同的結(jié)構(gòu)功能蛋白的共定位信息，在單分子水平研究分子動力學反應以及細胞間的相互作用等。
